Elastic waistband leggings, your choice of hemmed or cuffed ankle. These do run a little long, compared to store bought leggings, in my opinion. If your little one is on the shorter side, you can ask for length to be taken away in the notes, or choose cuffed ankles, which will prevent the leg from slipping down. Leggings can only be one fabric- no mixing for cuffs.
