Refund Policy

One in Amelian Handmade, LLC is committed to providing high quality clothing the little ones in you life will enjoy wearing! Each piece is carefully  made by hand once your order is placed. 

  • All sales are final. Returns and cancellations are not accepted once your order is placed. Orders may take anywhere from 2-16 weeks, typically more around 6-8 weeks, to be processed. Please ALWAYS double check the turn around time for each item before placing your order.
  • Place your order carefully. Returns are not accepted for sizing issues.  Size guides accompany each style listing. Sizes are final once your order is placed and cannot be changed. A flexible tape measure should be used to measure your child; these are available at most $1 stores. Please contact chelsearomero@oneinamelianhandmade.com if help with sizing is needed.
  • Please inspect your items upon delivery. If there are any issues with your order, please contact me at chelsearomero@oneinamelianhandmade.com within 3 days of receival. Each item is made by hand. Small imperfections and character not typically found in large scale manufacturing, and that do not effect wear or visual appearance of your item, may occur due to the handmade nature. Each item is carefully inspected before leaving our hands, however we do pride ourselves in the fact that we are a small business ran exclusively by humans, and human error by the owner or employees of One in Amelian Handmade may rarely occur. Returns, repairs or exchanges of items believed to have a defect are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Due to the handmade nature, exchanges or repairs may not always be possible. Returns will be issued store credit once the return is received by One in Amelian Handmade. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of original delivery of the item to the customer. Returned items must be free if stains, unwashed,  with tags attached to items and in the items place in the clear plastic bag it was received in.
  • Any item that a discount code is used on/ sale items are final sale.
  • Occasional orders are offered for Split Payment, meaning you pay half of your order at original checkout, and the other half is due 14 days after the first payment. IF YOU DO NOT PAY THE 2ND PORTION OF YOUR SPLIT PAYMENT YOU FORFEIT YOUR ITEMS. We DO NOT refund your first payment for failure to follow through with your commitment to pay.
